Terms of Service

1.1. Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Bot strictly in compliance with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The bot may not be used in servers that violate these terms.

1.2. Age Requirement: You must meet the minimum age requirements specified by Discord (usually 13+ years old) to use this service.

1.3. Server Ownership: By configuring the bot, you affirm that you are the server owner or have explicit administrative permission to manage bots within the server.

2.1. Abuse & Spam: Intentionally spam commands, macro commands, or attempt to bypass cooldowns to overload our servers or the Discord API.

2.2. Malicious Intent: Use the bot to facilitate harassment, threats, doxxing, or the distribution of malicious links/files.

2.3. Exploitation: Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, discover the source code, or exploit any bugs within the bot. Any discovered bugs must be immediately reported to the Support Server.

2.4. Economy Manipulation: (If applicable) Utilize alternative accounts ("alts") to farm economy currency, boost statistics, or gain unfair advantages.

3.1. Uptime Guarantee: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

3.2. Modifications: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently modify, update, or discontinue features of the bot without prior notice.

3.3. Data Loss: We are not responsible for any lost configurations, economy data, or moderation logs due to server crashes, database wipes, or Discord API outages.

4.1. Server Moderation: The Bot executes commands based on the inputs provided by your server's users and administrators. We are not liable for any damages caused by the bot, such as accidental bans, deleted channels, or purged messages resulting from user misconfiguration, compromised admin accounts, or malicious usage by your staff.

4.2. Indirect Damages: In no event shall the developers of Moon be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the bot.

5.1. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the absolute right to block, blacklist, or restrict any user or server from utilizing Moon Bot at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

5.2. Violation Consequences: Severe violations of these terms (especially Clause 2) will result in a permanent, unappealable global blacklist across all our services.

6.1. Updates: We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will attempt to notify server owners via our Support Server of major changes.

6.2. Continued Use: Your continued use of the Bot after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the newly modified Terms.
